  4. Send your name as it appears on your Identity Document.
  5. Send your surname as it appears on your Identity Document.
  6. Read and accept the terms and conditions by responding with “YES.”
  7. Indicate your status as a South African citizen (by sending the number 1), Permanent Resident (by sending the number 2), or Refugee (by sending the number 3).
  8. Click on the link sent to you in the WhatsApp chat.

  10. Enter your ID number.
